A Lazy Sunday

Woke up in the morning and sicked of the thinking part of what to eat in Singapore...
After few rounds of discussion, we decided to go Geylang for Dim Sum.. (it was suggested by me)
We went to this shop called "One to Six" that recommended by Hungrugowhere and my colleague.
The Dim Sum is as good as what you can find in KL. Photos will tell you everything:

This is the Restaurant. Highly Recommended =D

After our breakfast, we proceed to China Town for our wedding preparation. However, coffee is still essential before anything else. We sat at Spinelli Cafe, enjoying our latte and New york cheesecake while watching 2 kids playing in the rain. The kids are so cute!!

Our new common hobby now is Instagram. This is a platform for people over the world to share their daily picture. You will get to know more people and of course know what your closed one doing even you hardly contact them. We are just addicted to it!!

Nice Breakfast before We Say "Kiss Goodbye"

Darling was back to KL for a week's training and exam. Before we say Kiss Goodbye, darling brought me to Wild Honey @ Mandarin Gallery for my western breakfast.
Woke up early in the morning to prepare myself for the excitement. This is the restaurant that recommended by Tate during our girl's meet up long time ago. We been there once but the waiting time is an hour; we couldn't fight with the hunger and decided to try next time.We even had some bites during the journey because we are not sure how long to wait for our turn to be served.

He looks good in checked shirt and shorts

New Flavor of Magnum Ice Cream - Double Caramel

We were seated at the bar counter

Freshly Brew Coffee

Tunisian- A sizzling pan of red pepper, onion and tomato concise (stew) studded with sliced chorizo sausage and crowned with two fried eggs

English - the classic full breakfast; creamy scrambled eggs, pork sausage, sauteed mushrooms, dad's baked beans, bacon and vine ripened tomato with toasted brioche

Trying to take an artistic capture but failed...

After the sinful breakfast, it's shopping time!!

I looked "hiao", lol!!

Sometimes, he looks COOL

The weather was so hot and I miss my KOI milk tea so much. After the few attempts to get into the car park near Tampines Mall, darling stopped his car at our neighbourhood car park and walked me there to fulfill my desire. He is sweet, isn't he?!

Weekend in JB

Went back to JB and had my darling's long awaited Bak Kut Teh. That was another road trip for us!! We drove all the way to Tunku Aminah for lunch and Perling for the famous 'Datang Lagi' Nasi Lemak.
Met my 2 besties on Friday's nite in Tate's place.. Limited time for maximum chats!! Darling called me few times and I felt so bad to leave him at home alone. Decided to end the session earlier and spend more time with him.
Enjoy ourselves the most over the weekend because only the 2 of us at home and really have the HOME STAY FEEL that we can't get it in Singapore.

On the way back...My hobby- Camwhore in the car while he is driving

Different look

Having a bad headache but still can force myself to smile =P

We were having hard time to find Starbucks for our caffeine dose... Besides the crowded shopping mall, I couldn't think of any other places. Can anyone suggest any nice coffee in JB to us?

1st time to Demsey Hill

I must admit that after owning a car in Singapore, we spent even more on "food tasting" because we have the joy of trying different cuisine in different places. We always try out new places because we love to eat . That's goes my 25inches waist & sharp sharp face!!!
This is one of the "Atas" place in Singapore where you'll be seeing a lot of Ang Moh there. There are different cuisines that you can find there. The restaurants are well set up with nice ambiance and design.
Both of us are Japanese Food Lover and thus we decided to try Zento Restaurant. We had our first Fine Dining Experience there and it felt so great. The portion served are small with nice presentation. The Sashimi served are come with the highest level of freshness compared to others.

Sashimi Mariawase

Mango Sashimi

Pan seared scallops

I wish I can have my full fine dining experience very soon!!! This will be very unique experience for us!

Meet Up with My Best Airlines Girlfriend

Arranged a meet up the next day after we touched down from Auckland. I was so excited that I might be able to BUNK IN with her (meaning that share a room together), but the room comes with queen size bed. We were worried that our sleeping pattern might bring troubles/ problem to another; so we were "separated".
We met in Orchard and went to few shops (Rolex, Chanel..) that I reluctant to go in myself. We had a great time together and shared a lot of personal feelings & thoughts.

She knows me quite well.. I love talking to her!!
(Both our faces are so round after eating bread for few days in Auckland)

Sisterhood

A lot of people say that as cabin crew, it's hard to have close friend because you hardly have time to meet your friend (if they are working as 9-5 job). Furthermore our off days are always fall on weekdays.
Who say so???!!! I still manage to keep in touch with my another 3 besties from JB. And I still manage to meet someone like her that sincerely treats me as her good friend too. =)

Happy Birthday, my Hubby!!

We had 2 different birthday celebrations; 1 on his birthday eve and 1 on his actual day. This is due to his birthday falls on Wesak Day and we were vegetarian on that day.
I was busy doing research on what to eat for his birthday. After watching so many episode of Man VS Food, we have the urge to try out BBQ pork rib. May Jean suggested to me a place called "Apple Bee's" near Orchard.
We ordered the double-glazed baby back rib as we thought we might not like it. But it turned out to be the best pork dishes that I ever had. The meat is so tender and juicy. I want it now!!!

Appetizer- Tortilla chips with spinach and artichoke dip

Our favorite!!

Shrimp Trio

Enjoying the food

*Smile*

"Are we done?"

We went for a drink at Harry's before we went home. Ordered 2 cocktail drinks; taste a bit funny and don't think I'll go for it again. =p

Though the celebration is simple but it's enjoyable. =)
